Great to meet you!

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. I specialize in providing trauma-informed therapy to adults. Common concerns of my clients include trauma, sexual well-being, depression, anxiety, adjustment to college, interpersonal relationships, stress management, and identity development.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutically, I enjoy working collaboratively with clients towards their treatment goals and value their feedback. At times I will suggest interventions and alternative perspectives to approach current concerns. I use an eclectic approach to interventions that are evidenced-based, meaning supported by research. My client's feedback and response to suggestions helps tailor treatment to support their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During treatment, clients can expect to receive unconditional understanding and support through their healing. Sessions will assist in processing lived experiences, exploring and implementing change, and gentle accountability for maintaining healing change.
