Great to meet you!

I am a collaborative therapist who believes you are the expert on you! I am here to guide you, support you, and help you see things hidden below the surface. I provide a safe, warm place for you to discuss anything weighing heavily on you.

My approach to therapy

While I use a lot of different techniques in therapy, I start with a connection with you. I want you to feel trust and safety with me. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma, but also recognize there are endless other things that come along with all of those.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I let you lead. It can be intimidating to be with a stranger and pour out your heart. If you need more time to do that, we can give you more time. If you want to dive in, we will dive in! Ultimately, I do what I can to give you real value from our first session, so you find it beneficial to return.
