Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that, as humans, we have the desire to live, to love, and to feel that we matter. I look forward to helping you identify the barriers you might have in achieving those and to eliminating them. I have nearly 20 years of experience providing mental health services to a wide variety of clients; however, in the last 5 years, I have focused on improving relationships, either with both partners or with individuals. I know its difficult to ask for help, and applaud you in taking this step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is specific to the individual or couple I am working with. I utilize mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral strategies, and internal family systems to achieve goals that my clients and I develop together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will complete an assessment and personal history with you, while also addressing the issues that brought you to therapy. We will also discuss goals that you would like to set for yourself.
