I have over 30 years of experience in medical/mental health settings including individual, couple and groups. I offer a warm, empathetic and interactive approach where dignity, respect and compassions are essential. Together we explore what they can do to create the a positive future full of possibilities.

My approach to therapy

I use a client focused approach engaging clients in their journey to explore the challenges they face. I work collaboratively with them to create a positive plan tailored to meet their desired outcome where dignity, respect and compassion are essential. I use CBT, NLP and other experiential therapies to assist clients to create a positive future with new possibilities.

I strive to create a safe therapeutic environment where the client will feel heard. I believe all clients have the ability to design the future they desire and I will be there with them to utilize therapies that will be exploratory and supportive to create uplifting results.
