Great to meet you!

I believe that working with someone on your mental health is one of the bravest but rewarding thing that someone can do. Be proud that you are taking this step and I look forward to being a part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach can be described as direct but warm. I do not feel that there is one approach that fits everyone but that due to my experience I can meet any client where they are. Each person as different needs and it is not a one size fits all.

What you can expect from me

During my sessions I do like to allow for a place to feel very safe and that one can be very engaged. I believe strongly in building a tool box of coping skills and techniques that one can bring with them after working with me. After each session my goal is for there to be at least one take away. I believe strongly in empowering you to be the captain of your own ship.
