Great to meet you!

If you’re a college student, struggling with mental health issues that include depression, anxiety, increased stress, adjustment issues, or feelings of isolation, there is hope and I would love to be part of your healing journey. College comes with a variety of challenges, which can sometimes become overwhelming to the point where it starts to affect your day-to-day life, relationships, and academic performance. Over the years, I have been able to work with this population effectively by establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, processing emotions, and teaching clients the necessary skills to improve their mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients reach goals that are important to them. Through these approaches, I am able to help clients make meaningful and sustainable changes that will have a positive impact in their quality of life.
