Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals in navigating life's most tender and transformative moments. My clinical background is rooted in health care, and I bring a particular passion for working with perinatal individuals, those adjusting to parenthood, health care workers processing workplace trauma, and people moving through grief and loss. I have a deep respect for the ways we adapt to complex trauma over time and across the lifespan—and I work collaboratively with each person to gently unearth those patterns and create room for healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and grounded in attachment theory, trauma theory, and self-compassion. I integrate tools from CBT, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and relational work to help clients explore the roots of their emotions, shift inner dialogue, and uncover patterns shaped by life and trauma. I believe that therapy is a space to safely release suppressed emotions, make meaning of lived experiences, and reconnect with your inner voice.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can find common humanity in your experience and build the kind of self-understanding that can carry you through times of suffering or challenge.

I believe no one aspires to a possibility that has never occurred to them. Therapy, at its best, is a space to unlock that possibility.
