I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience helping children, teens and adults navigate stress, emotional struggles, and major life changes. I have advanced training in social work and education, which helps me look at the whole person-- not just the problem bringing them to therapy. I work with concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and grief, especially with adults and older adults. My approach is supportive practical, and collaborative and i aim to create a calm space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength based and solution focused. I work collaboratively with clients to understand what's them in identify strengths, and develop practical tools that can be used during the life. My style is calm, supportive, and direct. I work with all ages on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between mental and physical health and collaborating with medical providers when appropriate.

In your first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other in a calm, supportive, and judgement- free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy. identify your main concerns, and begin setting goals that feel realistic and meaningful. Most clients leave feeling heard, clearer about the next steps, and with at least one practical tool they can start using right away.
