Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a compassionate, whole-person approach. I’m not here to treat just symptoms. I want to understand you. That means looking at your mind, body, stressors, routines, relationships, and everything that shapes your daily life.

I believe care works best when we do it together. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for and build a plan that fits your needs, whether that includes medication, therapy support, or practical day-to-day strategies. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and steadier as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach because I know your experiences shape who you are. I’ve worked with people of all ages, and I understand that healing looks different for everyone. There’s no one “right” way to get better.

My work is rooted in empathy, real listening, and clinical expertise. I want you to feel safe, understood, and genuinely involved in your care. We’ll move at your pace and build a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your life.

Most of all, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to offer care that reduces stigma, honors your story, and helps you move toward more stability, clarity, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace. During our time together, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping to feel or change, and how your mental and physical well-being are being impacted. This first step is really about building a connection based on trust, respect, and open communication.

I work with people dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and ADHD. I use evidence-based medication management along with supportive, practical therapeutic strategies that fit you, not a one-size-fits-all model. I also pay close attention to the mind-body connection, because your mental health is deeply tied to your overall wellness.

At the heart of my practice is seeing you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels realistic, personalized, and truly supportive of your healing, resilience, and long-term growth.
