Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and addiction specialist with experience in both acute and community mental health settings, including New York Presbyterian and Northwell Health. I work from a trauma informed, patient centered orientation with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and major life transitions. I specialize in ego-supportive psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I believe therapy should be both stabilizing and transformative, helping you build coping strategies while also moving toward greater clarity, agency, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates practical tools for immediate support with deeper exploration of patterns, relationships, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on information gathering, discussion of goals in treatment and for you to determine if it's a good therapeutic fit.
