I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in private practice since 2017. I also have an Addictions certificate in the state of Colorado. I specialize in working with folks struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions, as well as relational patterns and attachment.
I use Internal Family Systems which takes the approach that we are all made up of "parts", and these parts take on different roles in our lives. We can get to know these parts, understand their roles, and foster harmony and healing within our inner systems.
I also use skills-based strategies to help you feel empowered to manage the stress and symptoms that occur in life.
I take a down to earth approach to therapy and hope to create a space where you can take your shoes off and relax into the time that is just for you. My goal is to empower you to connect to your true self, unlock your potential, and create meaningful change.
