Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. My work is focused on supporting women who are navigating life outside of conventional expectations, whether that means choosing not to marry, not to have children, or simply building a life that doesn't fit the scripts they were handed. I bring both clinical training and genuine personal investment to this work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client. I draw from different therapeutic frameworks based on what actually serves you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. I tend to work in a way that is direct, analytical, and collaborative. I'm not here to nod along, I'm here to think alongside you. I have a particular appreciation for clients who want to understand the why behind their patterns, not just manage their symptoms.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to understand who you are, what's bringing you here, and what you actually want from this process. You can expect honesty, genuine curiosity, and a space where who you are isn't the problem we're trying to fix. My goal is that you leave the first session feeling understood rather than assessed.
