Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not judged — because therapy works best when you can be your real self.

When I am not providing therapy, I love engaging in all things creative! Crafting, crocheting, painting, drawing or just enjoying the artwork of others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, CBT/DBT, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy, depending on your needs and goals. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, increasing self-awareness, and developing coping tools you can actually use outside of session. Therapy with me is a partnership, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling hard, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, current stressors, and strengths, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready for. You can expect a supportive, low-pressure conversation where we begin to map out next steps together.
