Great to meet you!

Spanish-speaking clients welcome — ¡Bienvenidos! Ofrezco servicios en español. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can feel comfortable before we ever begin. Therapy with me is honest, direct, collaborative, and tailored to your needs — because no two people carry trauma the same. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and questions of identity and self-worth. I take your goals seriously and I'll always make sure you feel like a person — not a problem to be solved.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, DBT, and Adlerian therapy — which is a more grounded way of saying: we look at your thoughts, your patterns, and the internal narrative you've been carrying about who you are, where you belong, and how that story has shaped your life. I'm solution-focused, so our work stays connected to what actually matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Caring for your mental health is one of the most powerful things you can do for your whole body. I'm here to help you build a better quality of life — with practical skills that actually stick. Reaching out takes courage, and most people wish they'd done it sooner. I'm glad you're here and taking that first step.
