With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to providing therapy to individuals facing a multitude of challenges. To best support my clients, I have obtained specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness techniques, hypnotherapy, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT).
