Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensed by the Florida Department of Health, with bachelor's and master's degrees in Psychology. I have more than 10 years of experience providing behavioral health services, clinical supervision, care management, and program leadership across a variety of healthcare settings, working with both children and adults.

As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, allowing me to support individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have been committed to expanding access to high-quality, person-centered behavioral healthcare and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every individual has a unique story, which is why I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their specific needs, strengths, and goals by integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or other concerns, I strive to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that fosters healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve.

Together, we'll begin identifying what is most important to you and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and values. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so you can expect to be an active participant in shaping your care. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to your unique experiences. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or working toward long-term personal growth, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical skills and meaningful strategies to help you achieve lasting change.
