I have a masters in counseling psychology from Assumption College. I focused my studies on child and family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. My career has been focused on working with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression.
I believe in a person centered approach, meaning that each person is an individual with their own strengths and needs. I believe in working together to create the life you want to live.
Clients need to expect to work towards goals they create with my support. Clients also should expect to experience open mindedness and nonjudgment from me.
