Great to meet you!

My name is Katie and I have been practicing for over 11 years. I have two Master's degrees from The University of Pennsylvania in Mental Health Counseling and Professional and School Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

My approach to therapy

I believe that every journey is unique. I like to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered. Styles I gravitate towards are person centered, parts of the CBT umbrella, and IFS which can also look like re-parenting.

Together, we will explore the thoughts and emotions that shape your experiences, uncover new ways to cope, and work toward building a sense of calm and resilience. Let’s take this journey at your pace, with the understanding and care you deserve.

What you can expect from me

Clients have described me as warm and compassionate, and during our time together you should expect to feel heard and supported. Clients also often feel like they have a new perspective on situations or that they have "connected dots" they hadn't seen before.
