Great to meet you!

In my work as a clinical psychologist, I specialize in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with its many forms such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). Through psychotherapy, it is my honor and privilege to help people to address a wide range of problems, including depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, obsessions and compulsions, panic, trauma, grief, and difficulties in socializing and communicating.

My approach to therapy

Always collaborative, my approach to therapy is informed by the uniqueness of each person and their experiences in context, while at the same time employing the treatments that research suggests are the most effective. I think that the decision to try psychotherapy is an extremely brave one, and I am always in awe of people's ability to change and to cope.

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss what you are going through and what your goals are for therapy. If it seems that I may be a good fit, we will have an intake session where we will discuss things in more detail and work together to form a path to your goals. I strive to create a warm, easy-going, non-judgmental space for each client to work toward their treatment goals.
