Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in working with adults navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, and the long term impact of growing up in environments where emotional needs were not consistently met. My work is informed by attachment theory, neuroscience, and relational psychotherapy.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but cannot seem to shift in real life. This might look like overthinking, people pleasing, difficulty trusting themselves, or repeating the same relationship dynamics despite wanting something different.

I have a particular interest in helping clients develop self-trust, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of identity. My approach is grounded, direct, and collaborative. I am not a blank slate therapist. I am engaged, thoughtful, and willing to say the thing that helps you see yourself more clearly.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, insight oriented, and practical. We do not just talk about your life. We look at the patterns underneath it and how they are playing out in real time.

I draw from attachment-based work, psychodynamic therapy, and nervous system regulation. That means we explore both the “why” behind your patterns and the “how” of changing them.

I tend to work well with clients who are self-aware but still feel stuck, as well as those who have spent a lot of time being the stable one for everyone else. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level coping skills. It is about building a deeper understanding of yourself and creating changes that actually hold.

You can expect honesty, curiosity, and a space where you are not being judged or managed, but genuinely understood.

What you can expect from me

The first session is less about me evaluating you and more about understanding how you experience your life.

We will talk through what is bringing you in, what you have already tried, and what feels most important to shift. I will ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your patterns, your relationships, and how you tend to respond to stress or conflict.

You can expect a calm, grounded environment where you do not have to perform or have everything figured out. Many clients leave the first session feeling a sense of clarity or relief simply from having their experience understood in a more precise way.

From there, we begin to identify what we are actually working toward. Not just symptom reduction, but meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others.
