Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I believe therapy can benefit anyone. I am passionate about helping people reach their personal goals and feel more present and at ease in their lives. I've had over 14 years of experience working with a variety of populations but my current focus is females ages 30-50 struggling with anxiety, adjustment issues, learning to love themselves, and trauma recovery.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone requires a unique approach depending upon their goals, what resonates with them, and their story. We will work together to find a therapeutic approach that works best for you. I will be there to listen, challenge you, and support you in your goals.

What you can expect from me

I love to begin our process learning more about you and your story as well as what you would like to get out of therapy. I want you to feel comfortable sharing and know that our sessions are a safe place to be open and vulnerable. We will work each session to move you towards your goals and my hope is we can find things you can do in between sessions to help you move closer to your goals faster. I always want you to leave our sessions feeling lighter and better than you came in.
