Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adults, & families through life’s most tender & challenging moments. I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate postpartum transitions, relationship challenges, & the complex journey of healing after sexual violence. I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where you can feel seen, supported, & empowered as you move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I take great care in creating a relational space where you can feel truly seen, understood, & safe. Together, we collaborate to deepen awareness of your unique story while cultivating a rich & meaningful life aligned with your values. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including attachment theory, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, & cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself. In our first session, I take time to meet you where you are & to understand what brings you to therapy - your “why", as well as your hopes & vision for what you want your life to be about. From there, we begin building a shared understanding that guides our work together.
