Great to meet you!

I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Keisha. I attended College at the Florida Gulf Coast University where I obtained my master's degree in social work. Since then, I have been working as a Residential Counselor at a Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and Sexual Assault Agency for the past 9 years.

I am tasked with working with people who has experience trauma, crisis, starting over in life, Depression, Anxiety, etc.

As your Therapists, I am not here to judge, but I am here to listen, be respectful, patient and uplift your spirit.

My approach to therapy

With my clients, I like to use a Humanistic and Behavioral Approach. Depending on the client and the issues, my preferred methods of Therapy would be Solution Focus, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Strength Base Therapy.

What you can expect from me
