Great to meet you!

I work from an eclectic and integrated approach, offering a supportive presence as clients grow and access their inner resources. I believe that each person holds the answers they seek within themselves; sometimes, they just need a little guidance to recognize them.

My approach to therapy

My work experience spans a range of areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, spirituality, and life transitions. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness meditation, expressive arts, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in their healing journey.

The techniques I use honor both the right and left brain, aiming to harmonize the conscious and unconscious mind for a more holistic approach to healing.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect consistency, non-judgment, and the uttermost respect for their experience. We create goals together and work towards the clients desired outcomes for themselves.
