Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2016 and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including substance use treatment, transitional living, and healthcare. For the past five years, I’ve been in private practice, where I truly enjoy supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater understanding, healing, and connection. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients on their therapy journey and help create a space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is insight-oriented and client-centered, focused on fostering meaningful and lasting growth by exploring the root causes of emotional challenges while developing practical tools for fulfillment and change. I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective, helping clients explore the underlying patterns that shape their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. With extensive training and experience in the field, I tailor my methods to align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, creating a collaborative space where greater self-understanding leads to positive, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect us to explore your goals, any relevant history and collectively create a treatment plan that feels beneficial for where you are.
