Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kelly Dulong (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Denver, Colorado. I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate growth. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons College and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings over my career, including schools, clinics, and community-based programs. No matter who I am working with, my goal is always the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with curious, creative, and sensitive minds, including those who are neurodivergent. Many of my clients are navigating emotional intensity, identity exploration, ADHD, and anxiety. My work is grounded in a deep commitment to celebrating individual identities and creating an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. I approach therapy with curiosity and offer thoughtful conversations, practical tools, and a deep understanding that is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Compassion, authenticity, and respect are the cornerstones of my practice.

What you can expect from me

People often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I offer a space where your whole self is seen, supported, and celebrated. In our work together, I strive to create a welcoming environment where you can bring your full identity including your questions, your emotions, your brilliance, and your areas for growth.

I believe each person brings their own set of experiences, values, and perspectives, and together we work to create a clearer picture of who you are and how you thrive.

Whether you're navigating a challenging season, exploring your identity, or simply seeking a deeper sense of connection and understanding, I will meet you with care and curiosity.

If you are looking for a therapist who honors complexity, fosters connection, and truly believes in your potential, I’m so glad you’re here.
