Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Kelly. In my practice, I believe in collaborative therapy and offer a confidential, judgment-free space for authentic expression. My expertise includes chronic illness, substance use, grief, life transitions, generational trauma, relationship issues, and mental health diagnoses. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based, Solution Focused, HAES, and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

Mental health should be accessible, digestible, a love letter to yourself, and self-care people actually want to engage in. I believe in the power of laughing and humor in sessions and love when clients are able to be fully themselves whether it's using TikToks to show how they're feeling, cursing like a sailor, or letting go of the mask they wear daily. Each client is different, so I believe in personalizing the experience to the person!

What you can expect from me

In sessions, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe sharing your concerns. We'll start by getting to know each other and discussing your reasons for seeking therapy. I'll ask about your personal history and background to better understand your unique situation. We'll also go over confidentiality and set the foundation for a trusting therapeutic relationship going forward!
