Great to meet you!

🦄 Welcome to Heffron Health & Wellness 🦄

**Psychiatric Care for the Rare, the Real, and the Remarkable **

Hi! I’m Kelly, psychiatric nurse practitioner, chaos-calmer, identity-untangler, and the founder, CEO, and Head Unicorn of Heffron Health & Wellness.

I help real humans (not robots) navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout, without the clinical coldness or sugarcoated BS one may get used to. I enjoy time with patients of all ages as it brings me happiness having the diversity in my clientele throughout a regular day. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and radically tailored, because you are not a diagnosis, a chart note, or someone who needs to be "fixed." You usually just need someone to give you a little support.

If you’ve ever been gaslit, labeled "too sensitive," or shoved into a box that I didn’t fit inside of... sound familiar? Well, welcome home! We do things differently here. My COO and Chaos Coordinator, Carlos, and I took a different approach when imagining how we could provide services to the community that are unique to a patient and their needs. We are here for whatever surprises come our way and embrace every single opportunity to help someone new. Come as you are. Swearing optional for the adults that is. Masks not required, but we can help you unmask, unlearn, and unleash your inner unicorn if need to. Let's make healing feel like a reclamation, not a punishment.

My approach to therapy

How I Work

Mental health care should feel safe, honest, and built around you, not your diagnosis.

At Heffron Health & Wellness, my goal is simple. I meet you where you are, listen to your story, and build a plan that works for your real life. Whether we are addressing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, substance use, or complex psychiatric concerns, you can expect care that is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. I focus on practical solutions, real conversations, and creating a space where you feel seen, not rushed or judged.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help. You don't need fixing, you need support.

What patients say about working with me:

“She listens like your pain actually matters.” “I finally felt seen without feeling picked apart.” “10/10 — would recommend to anyone who’s done being dismissed.”

What you can expect from me

What Clients Can Expect

In sessions with me, you can expect honesty, collaboration, and real conversations. No judgment, no rushed visits, and no one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

My goal is for every client to feel safe, heard, and understood. We work together to identify what is actually getting in your way, whether that is anxiety, mood instability, trauma, ADHD, substance use, or complex psychiatric symptoms, and build a plan that addresses both the symptoms and the bigger picture.

Outcomes we typically focus on include:

  • Improved symptom management
  • Stabilization of mood, anxiety, or behavioral concerns
  • Functional improvement in daily life, work, school, and relationships
  • Strengthening coping skills and emotional regulation
  • Increasing confidence in managing your mental health
  • Medication management with careful monitoring and adjustment as needed
  • A safe space to openly discuss challenges, progress, and next steps

You can also expect an environment that is professional, supportive, and sometimes even a little lighthearted. Healing does not always have to feel heavy. My priority is helping you build real, sustainable progress while feeling fully supported along the way.
