My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, with the intent to help my clients learn about themselves and explore best strategies to reach their emotional wellness goals. I use cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients, helping them to understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected.

My clinical expertise is in the treatment of anxiety, work/school-related stress, and trauma in older adolescents to adults. I also explore how community environment impact emotional health, assisting my clients in promoting their strength and resilience.
