Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals at all life stages, to identify strengths and goals for their best lives. Recent work has been with adolescents and adults dealing with complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. It is important to me to develop a therapeutic relationship with my clients working through adjustment issues, crisis, and acceptance and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to what works best for you. It is important for me to hear your truth and challenges. Researched and proven modalities are used including trauma-informed cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral (DBT). In addition to training in these areas, I am fully certified by EMDRIA as an EMDR TherapistTM .

What you can expect from me

You deserve to feel welcomed, listened to, heard, comfortable, and considered without judgment. Making the decision for therapy is a first step. Voicing your needs and dreams is your right. What would you like to see happen? Is there hurt that requires healing? Success and strengths that need to be identified and celebrated? Do this important work for yourself with my assistance.
