Great to meet you!

Hi! Thank you for stopping! I'm proud of your choice to seek help in your healing process. The healing journey can be long and arduous, but I'm here to help guide and hold space for you. As an LCSW, I combine therapeutic practice with a holistic approach. I believe we have the power to heal ourselves, and my passion is to help you along that path.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates traditional practices with holistic methods. My role is to support your healing journey, which includes uncovering subconscious behaviors that may disrupt your life. I will challenge you and provide a safe space during difficult times. I expect you to actively engage in your therapy outside of our sessions, as our time together merely serves as a guide to your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session is getting to know each other. We need to make sure we jive together to have the best therapeutic relationship possible. We will discuss what areas of your life you want to work on and set initial goals. I want you to leave the first session feeling lighter and hopeful.
