Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a graduate degree from Northcentral University. I specialize in treating eating disorders across all ages and diagnoses, working with families and couples through relational concerns, holding space for acceptance and support as an ally for LGBTQIA+ folks, and collaborating with you so your autonomy is supported.

My approach to therapy

While active listening is an important skill for a therapist, it can only get you so far. It is important to not only learn skills in therapy, but have a clear understanding as to what your goals are and a path to meet them.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is important to not only have the ability to talk about serious concerns in therapy, but also use humor in a way that can create healing and change as well. I tend to be both direct and gentle allowing a space for a spectrum of vibes in session.
