Great to meet you!

I’ve been a licensed clinical psychologist since 2016. I love figuring out the 'why' or 'how' behind what hasn't been working well for a client and then seeing them make progress and feel better. In addition to therapy, I also offer one-time assessments (such as ADHD evaluations). See my website for details (AerialViewPsychology.com)

My approach to therapy

I especially enjoy working with clients who have anxiety, depression, or anger/frustration because of challenges adjusting to changes in their lives or grappling with making a major life or career decision affecting their mood or life satisfaction. I predominately use a cognitive behavioral therapy model, and I also incorporate acceptance and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I aim to make clients feel listened to and understood, and to equip them with relevant knowledge to better understand and accept themselves and their reactions. Over the course of our sessions, I also aim to equip clients with specific knowledge and tools to be able to tackle their problems or frustrations with flexibility and build them up for long term success after therapy ends.
