Great to meet you!

I am a California LMFT with several years of experience in community mental health and private practice settings. I help support people through challenges such as chronic "stuck" mood states, family dynamics, and trauma. Much of my work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves within the context of their own lives. I value warmth, curiosity, and open inquiry as foundations for meaningful therapeutic work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding inner processes. I believe strongly in offering lasting tools that clients can carry with them as they move forward in life. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, and I see it as a powerful space for insight, growth, and change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space. The first session is an opportunity to talk about what’s been difficult, and begin clarifying what you’d like support with. My goal is to help you feel understood while setting a foundation for thoughtful, sustainable work together.
