Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor with a background in education and community mental health. I have 15+ years of experience working with teens & young adults and adults.

My approach to therapy

When the past feels like it's still living in your body through anxiety, tension, anger or the constant need to stay on guard, I offer a safe space to slow down and listen to what those emotions are trying to tell you.

I approach our sessions through a trauma informed, emotionally focused approach to help you feel safe & more at home with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is relaxed, real, and all about connection. I show up as my full self so you can fell safe showing up as yours! Messy feelings, awkward moments, painful experiences? Let's break it down!

The heart of my work is building a solid, trusting relationship where you feel supported enough to dig deep, get curious, and heal at your own pace.

While everyone's healing journey is deeply unique, clients can begin to feel safer in their own bodies, be more connected to their emotions, feel more empowered to respond rather than react, and form healthier relationships with themselves and others.
