I provide compassionate, and skilled care, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders including panic, obsessive-compulsive disorders and phobias, depression, Bipolar, and other mood disorders, eating and personality disorders, PTSD, plus psychotic disorders including Schizophrenia, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches like CBT and medication management. I work with children, teens, and adults, offering personalized care that respects each person’s background and story. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered on your journey to better mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach where we work together to understand your concerns and goals. I combine thoughtful listening with practical tools, using therapy approaches like CBT and supportive counseling along with medication management when appropriate. I provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care for children, teens, and adults. My focus is helping you feel safe, understood, and equipped with real strategies to improve your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being open and honest.
