Great to meet you!

I know finding the right therapist can make a big difference in how supported and successful you feel. I want you to feel confident in your choice, so I’m open about my background and approach. I have a bachelor’s in science, a master’s in counseling, and a Doctorate in Psychology. Since 2010, I’ve helped teens and adults with grief, depression, anxiety, end-of-life concerns, and more.

My approach to therapy

I use an evidence-based approach tailored to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. My style is eclectic, solution-focused, and transparent, with an emphasis on honesty, accountability, and growth. My goal is to help you build tools that support you well beyond our time together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your history, what’s bringing you in, and what has or hasn’t helped before. We’ll create a plan together, and you can decide whether continuing feels like the right fit for you.
