Having completed my post graduate studies from Wilkes University, I received a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and I graduated from Monmouth University, with a degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a PMHNP-BC, I am highly dedicated to optimizing patients' mental health care, prioritizing a safe patient environment, and I am committed to ensure that they are receiving the highest tailored quality of care.
As a certified PMHNP, I have worked with a wide variety of patients with mental health conditions, assessing, diagnosing and treating conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, BPD, Schizoaffective Disorder and substance use (lifespan). As a bilingual health provider, I offer a comprehensive understanding of a multitude of patients from various cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds. Coming from a large family, with members who have benefited from psychiatric assistance, I've evolved into a position of empathetic understanding and compassion with a profound professional objectivity.
As a PMHNP, my goal is to ensure my patients have the tools and resources necessary to take control of their mental health. Through medication management, coupled with a personalized holistic approach, I empower my patients to be exceptionally supported and well cared for. Under my care, I will seek to incorporate mind body therapy, and appropriate referrals in order to strengthen your mental health independence. In a collaborative working relationship, I firmly believe in maintaining open lines of communication as a professionally empathetic mental health provider.
