Great to meet you!

I am an open-minded, dynamic clinician who seeks to help my clients better understand who they are and who they want to be. I infuse my approach with creativity and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals. I’m genuinely passionate about helping others as they navigate the complexities of life. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to support their efforts in managing difficult situations.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy using a variety of skills from ACT, CBT, family systems, open dialogue, mindfulness, and mentalization-based therapy, and I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment disorders, and sexuality/gender identity exploration. I pride myself on providing a safe space for those seeking support. I consider myself a holder of hope and find ways to share it with those who have difficulty holding their own. .

What you can expect from me

I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic interventions and specialize in relational work, adapting my approach to best meet my client's needs. I find great joy in helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin, allowing them to better achieve their goals. Clients have described me as being a “cheerleader” who helps them recognize and celebrate their strengths and capabilities.
