Great to meet you!

My name is Kiandra Daniels and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of Texas. I completed my undergraduate studies at Prairie View A&M University and then attended Texas Woman’s University to complete a Master’s of Science in Family Therapy. I love making/discovering art and music! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new foods, travelling and hitting the gym. Also, my dog Lavish is my world.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with adults and teens in various settings including individual therapy, inpatient care, intensive outpatient, family therapy, and couples therapy. I enjoy working with black LGBTQ individuals and couples, and heterosexual/cisgender black women and men (age 16-65) who struggle with high-functioning anxiety or depression, identity, sexuality, relationship/dating issues, grief and loss, life transitions (specificcally with HBCU students), and childhood and workplace trauma.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone is capable of acquiring the necessary change for better lives. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space to open the door for improved lives and empower individuals to strive for autonomy. We are all human and need a helping hand during the most difficult times of our lives. I am passionate about providing my services and feel joy knowing that my work has been impactful.
