Great to meet you!

I have learned that no one is immune to mental health stress, trauma, OR substance abuse. Most really can find recovery and wellness from whatever takes them away from themselves. In 2000, I began my career providing counseling services with a very diverse caseload I continued to specialize in identifying healthy coping methods for all challenges to maximize quality of life. Relationships are sacred. I work work with all arrangements of partnerships and families (CNM & polyamory).

My approach to therapy

I love to support and witness the change that comes from authentic participation in counseling. I take a dynamic client-centered approach and want to work for you. Because "vulnerability is the most accurate measurement of courage," (Brene Brown), I truly enjoy listening for the keys you already have to help yourself.

What you can expect from me

Whether your concerns are related to adjustment, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chemical dependency, marriage or relationship issues, I can provide tools that reveal many paths to wellness. With time, my clients discover the serenity of their own solutions.
