Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can feel supported in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and exploring their healing process at their own pace. My work is grounded in a holistic and somatic perspective, recognizing the deep connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. I believe people have an innate capacity for healing and growth, and therapy can help cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, relational, and somatic in nature. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and yoga teacher, I incorporate nervous system awareness, mindfulness, body awareness, and practical tools to support emotional regulation and healing. I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on a client’s needs, our work may include exploring patterns, building internal resources, processing emotions, and developing greater connection to the body and present moment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of safety and trust. We will explore what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. I also take time to understand your history, strengths, and support systems. Clients can expect a grounded, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
