Hi, I’m Kimberly, a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 21 years of experience in healthcare. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation using a thoughtful, integrative approach to mental health care.
Please note: Due to prescribing regulations for nurse practitioners in the state of Ohio, I am not prescribing stimulant medications in Ohio. This includes Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or Concerta. I do offer non-stimulant medication options and integrative strategies to support focus, regulation, energy, and overall wellbeing.
If you currently reside in the state of Indiana or Massachusetts and have a current diagnoses of ADD/ADHD and are currently prescribed stimulant medication, you may soon need an in-person exam in order to continue getting refills for your controlled medication. This will be determined once the DEA provides more updated guidelines.
Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s been most challenging for you lately. We’ll discuss your current symptoms, treatment history, medications, and life experiences to get a full picture of your needs. Before we finish, we’ll schedule a follow-up that fits your schedule so we can begin moving forward with your care.
