Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change in their lives. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process that is supportive, empathetic and nonjudgmental. My role is to provide practical tools, insight, empowerment, and encouragement as you build emotional resilience, resolve internal and interpersonal conflicts, and move toward greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is mainly eclectic, I prefer to use what is most suited to each individual clients needs. The therapeutic models I find the most helpful are Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

The initial session is primarily used to gain information and begin building a therapeutic relationship. It is of upmost importance to me for my clients to feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together.
