Great to meet you!

Many people carry invisible wounds from childhood, difficult relationships, betrayal, loss, or overwhelming life experiences. These experiences can leave you feeling anxious, depressed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I believe healing is possible.

I specialize in helping adults recover from trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, addiction, betrayal, family estrangement, and the lasting impact of difficult relationships. My goal is to help clients understand not only the symptoms they're experiencing but also the deeper emotional patterns and attachment experiences that have shaped them.

I am EMDR-trained and integrate evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique needs, goals, and pace. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients explore the underlying experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns that contribute to their current struggles.

Using EMDR alongside attachment-based approaches, I help clients process painful experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Healing isn't about "getting over it." It's about developing a greater sense of safety within yourself, making sense of your experiences, and creating lasting changes that support a more fulfilling and connected life. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or support for your relationship, I'll meet you where you are and walk alongside you throughout the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your personal history, discuss the challenges you're facing, and explore what you hope to achieve.

Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas of growth while developing a plan that reflects your goals and priorities. There is no expectation that you share everything at once—we move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to support your healing and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
