My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person I meet. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Each person comes with their own story, so I take time to understand what’s happening across your thoughts, feelings, and relationships before deciding what tools will help most. I use proven, evidence-based approaches but keep them flexible and practical so you can see change that actually fits your life.
In our first session, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Our first session is focused on getting to know you—your story, what brings you in, and what you hope to get out of therapy. We’ll talk about your background, current concerns, and goals, while also making sure you feel comfortable and understood. It’s a relaxed conversation where we begin building rapport and decide together what the next steps should look like.
