Great to meet you!

As a therapist with over 15 years experience, I would say the last 5 have been the most challenging. My career led me to being a first responder in various ER's. That cultivated my passion to work more intensively with people in a therapeutic setting. Come join me on this journey of self exploration and healing.

My approach to therapy

My role as therapist will be one of listener and partner, with you taking the lead. Sessions are safe spaces for you. Taking care or our mental health is the best type of self care.

What you can expect from me

During intake we will discuss your reasons for seeking out therapy. Together we will create goals and throughout the process discuss your progress. Therapy is not a race, we all need to move at a comfortable pace. I will look to you for direction. First responders welcome.
