Great to meet you!

I am a licensed social worker and proud Air Force veteran who brings a real world, compassionate approach to therapy. My work is grounded in positive psychology, trauma informed care, and a strong belief in delivers its, equity, and inclusion. I show up authentically with warmth, honesty, and a realistic perspective because healing doesn’t happen through sugarcoating. It happens through connection, truth, and being seen.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, life transitions, burnout, identity issues, and stress related to systemic injustice. As someone who has personally recognized the struggles of mental health in uncertain times, I hold space for those who are feeling overwhelmed, unseen or stuck.

Whether you’re a veteran, a caregiver, or someone just trying to hold it all together I’m here to support you with tools that are both practical and empowering.

Together, well identify your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns , and build a path toward more peace, purpose, and self-compassion. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You bring your story I’ll bring evidence-based strategies, cultural humility, and unwavering support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is founded in authenticity, cultural humility, and real life resilience. I use trauma informed, strength-based lens drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) , and positive psychology to support growth and healing. I don’t believe in one size fits all therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their story, and building trust at their pace.
