Great to meet you!

I hold my Master's in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University as well as my BA in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, I am a E-RYT 500 and a certified Integrated Holistic Life and Wellness Coach.

I am a mother to twin girls and a rednose pitbull, I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga, reading, sunshine and warm beach days.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Holistic Therapy is an integrative practice rooted in alternative approaches to traditional therapy. Holistic therapy brings awareness to the whole Self; mind, body, spirit in order to better understand, heal and build acceptance of the Self. Holistic Psychotherapy offers support through a gentle trans-formative process for those willing to make positive changes in their lives. I believe everyone has the capacity for success and I am dedicated to offering you a guiding hand on your life journey.
