Hi, I’m Krista. I’m a holistic therapist, yoga instructor, and wellness coach who believes healing happens when we reconnect to the wisdom of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the truth of the heart.
With a background in Holistic Counseling Psychology and over a decade in the wellness field, I weave together traditional psychotherapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and yoga-based practices to help clients restore balance from the inside out. My sessions invite curiosity, compassion, and embodiment—creating a space where you can regulate your nervous system, release what no longer serves you, and feel more grounded and whole.
I see therapy as a space to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the parts of you that may have been forgotten along the way.
