Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical counseling from the University of La Verne, where I specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). I have worked in various settings, including private practice, community mental health centers, and academic institutions.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for my clients. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, focusing on building a collaborative relationship and empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey. My goal is to help clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and lead more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with adults, children, athletes and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
